The study reviews about situation of extractive industries governance of seven resource-countries in Southeast Asia; Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam  Myanmar and Timor Leste.  The study uses the analysis tool of political economy and governance consideration by analyzing  the regulatory framework, implementation of transparency and accountable principles and capacity of law enforcement.  The study found out that each country has different mechanism to implement the governance principles, however in general there are some spaces to improve the governance in extractive industries sector in the future.
